Upcoming SCOTUS conference

We have previously discussed the cert petitions in Cabrera-Frattini v. United States, No. 08-830, and Ryan v. United States, No. 08-422. Cabrera-Frattini has been distributed for the 20 February conference, as has a petition for rehearing filed in Ryan after the Supremes denied cert in November.
