December Army Lawyer online
The December issue of the Army Lawyer is now online. But here's a warning: it's the admin/civil law issue, featuring a forward with an amusing title drawn from a Scalia quotation: "Administrative Law Is Not for Sissies!" The issue also features a fun article by the Military Law Review's editor about malapropisms. MAJ Ann B. Ching, For All "Intensive" Purposes: A Primer on Malapropisms, Eggcorns, and Other Rogue Elements of the English Language, Army Law., Dec. 2008, at 66.
