Prosecution of civilian contractors publication
The No Man makes several appearances in this student publication: Ian W. Baldwin, Note, Comrades in Arms: Using the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act to Prosecute Civilian-Contractor Misconduct, 94 Iowa L. Rev. 287 (2008), which is available here.

It's so nice of this author to give a forum to the mentally impaired.
Darn it, I just made a similar suggestion to a LV Sun reporter yesterday in talking about the Price case in Iraq.
A most sensible idea. The U.S. Attorney doesn't have to worry about manpower, and perhaps he/she could get DoD to do the funding.
We use SAUSA's all the time for "minor" stuff here in CONUS.
