Still waiting for Denedo merits brief

The Denedo brief isn't yet posted on the SG's web site. Worse yet, both ScotusWiki's home page and ScotusWiki's Denedo page seem to be down. I assumed that's where the brief would first appear on the Web.

Does anyone out there have a copy?

I just checked again, to include the SCOTUS site - nada.... wonder if they sought an extension??? Highly unlikely, but not without possibility.
