Happy anniversary?

My foray into NKO tonight didn't turn up empty. I found a new NMCCA published opinion that I've posted on CAAFlog.com. But I still didn't find an opinion in Walker. The case was heard on 23 February 2007, so we're closing in on the argument's first anniversary. Any scuttlebutt? Any speculation?
