CAAF appears to be continuing the effort to clean up the CAAF bar and rid itself of attorneys that committed misconduct in their home states and were suspended or disbarred there. The latest is Carroll Ansell Gantt, Jr. who, while having a lot of double letters in his (her?) name, according to the South Carolina Supreme Court's website committed three violations of the South Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct. Strangely the South Carolina Supreme Court opinion on the subject does not show CAG as a Jr., hope someone didn't mess that up.
That's all from the Houston airport, yes other CAAFlog contributors travel, as well. More from my next stop tomorrow, New Orleans.
