Stuck on 7

Apparently my e-mail entreaty to my Member of Congress has had no effect. H.R. 3174, the Equal Justice for Our Military Act of 2007, still has only seven co-sponsors and hasn't moved an inch since it was referred to House Judiciary on 25 July. It looks like our military may be doomed to remaining unequal.
