H.R. 3174 picks up two new co-sponsors

Two additional co-sponsors have signed onto Rep. Susan Davis's Equal Justice for Our Military Act, H.R. 3174. The new arrivals are Rep. Rush D. Holt [Dem. NJ-12] and Rep. Bobby Scott [Dem. VA-3]. That brings the total number of co-sponsors to nine.
