Weird
When one accesses Blogger in Gitmo, it's in Spanish. (Super G, I can now relate to your experience!) Does that suggest that someone in Cuba could hop onto Blogger if he or she had access to a computer hooked to the Internet?

I find this strange because GITMO is nowhere. It is not Cuba, it is not the United States, and is not subject to the laws of any nation state or international law. Why has such a place, devoid of law and reason as it is, selected spanish as its official language? Is it because the commissions are as free and fair as a Tijuana traffic court?
