The audio from today's oral arguments is up
I'm not going to get much sleep tonight. On top of everything else I have to do, now I'm going to devote an hour to listening to the oral argument in United States v. Matthews, No. 08-0613/AR, which is available here. The audio of today's argument in United States v. Marshall, No. 08-0779/AR, is here.

There is a certain Beck song that comes to mind.
Today's arguments were actually very fun- for the defense that is. Apparently the judges were saving up their feisty-ness since the last arguments in March, but focused on the governments weakest points.
