Green sentencing deliberations to continue Thursday

The federal jury deliberating on the sentence in the Green capital MEJA case didn't reach a conclusion today. Here's an AP article on today's sentencing arguments.

"... the Army didn't offer enough leadership or counseling, the defense said."How do you counsel someone that it's wrong to murder a 6-year-old and her parents and then rape and murder her 14-year-old sister?

I mean, I'm sure you'd have to use PowerPoint and include an overview slide with three main points, but beyond that, I'm stumped.

Even people against the death penalty are for killing this guy.
