Extremely interesting article [updated]

I've just started it, but this looks like a must read. Professor Victor Hansen of New England School of Law is one of the most interesting commentators on military justice matters. He has just published Changes in Modern Military Codes and the Role of the Military Commander: What Should the United States Learn from this Revolution?, 16 Tul. J. Int'l & Comp. L. 419 (2008), which looks at landmark judicial decisions affecting the Canadian and British military justice system and analyzes their implications for the U.S. military justice system.

Here's a link. (Thanks, anon.)

I will almost certainly report more about this article as I read more.
