Another new CAAF opinion

CAAF is pumping them out. United States v. Travis, __ M.J. ___, No. 07-0482/MC (C.A.A.F. May 15, 2008). Judge Erdmann wrote for the majority and Judge Baker dissented. This is yet another opinion affirming a ruling by the Navy-Marine Corps Court. My perception -- without actually crunching the numbers -- is that NMCCA has enjoyed a phenomenal affirmance rate this term. I'll try to look at that issue either later tonight or over the weekend.
