CAAF trims its oral argument calendar again

In a reflection of the small number of granted cases pending oral argument, CAAF trimmed its oral argument calendar again today, dropping the 9 February and 31 March oral argument dates as well as one in April.

First we went from 30 minutes to 20 minutes, now we're cutting back on oral argument. Maybe they are finally "getting it."
