Summary Court-Martial extraordinary relief case

We have previously written about the extraordinary relief case currently pending before the Navy-Marine Corps Court in which it issued a stay of proceedings in a summary court-martial case. Olson v. United States, No. NMCM 200700631. It appears that the three judges on the panel are Senior Judge Geiser and Judges Kelly and Couch.
