House bill to expand SCOTUS jurisdiction over military justice cases picks up two new co-sponsors

H.R. 3174 picked up two new co-sponsors yesterday: Rep. Lynn Woolsey from California and Rep. Madeleine Bordallo from Guam. That brings the number of co-sponsors to 15.
