CAAF's web site apparently down

CAAF's web site and the Air Force Court's web site -- both of which are hosted at Maxwell Air Force Base -- have been down most of the day and appear to remain down. But the Coast Guard Court's web site, which was down earlier today and which is in the "afls16.jag.af.mil" domain, is back up. Does anyone know why the Coast Guard Court site is up while the CAAF and AFCCA sites are down?
