She served forcefully in the Clinton White House, was one of a handful of law school deans to ban military recruiting prior to the Supremes issuing Rumsfeld v. FAIR, and actively pushed the faculty for a supporting amicus brief. However, she also weathered a colleague backlash after giving Jack L. Goldsmith full tenure.<BR/><BR/>Closer to home, she allowed CAAF to hear Project Outreach arguments at the school (Scheurer, 62 MJ 100 n1 (2005)) and invited distinguished alumni Gene Fidell to teach the first seminar on MilJus at Harvard since Vietnam.<BR/><BR/>If confirmed, any impact to Denedo?
